About Me

Dr Binoy M. Thomas is a highly experienced pediatrician, with over 16 years of experience, dedicated to promoting child health and well-being. He completed his pediatric training at Trivandrum Medical College, Kerala, earning his Indian Board Certification in Pediatrics in 2008.

After becoming board-certified, Dr Binoy served as an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at Sree Gokulam Medical College, Kerala. During his tenure, he managed a 6-bedded Level-2 NICU and played an instrumental role in operating the institution’s Respiratory Clinic. In recognition of his expertise and contributions, he was inducted into the National Academy of Medical Sciences (NAMS) in 2011.

Dr Binoy has made significant contributions to pediatrics through research and education. He has presented papers at the Indian Academy of Pediatrics and co-authored articles published in international medical journals. Additionally, he contributed to the "Pediatric Handbook for Sick Children," published by SAT Hospital at Trivandrum Medical College. He has also served as a Distance Education Faculty member for the University of Kerala, furthering his commitment to medical education.

Dr Binoy has been a certified Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) provider since 2007, reflecting his dedication to staying at the forefront of pediatric emergency care. His clinical expertise encompasses all aspects of pediatric and neonatal care, offering comprehensive services for children of all ages.

Dr Binoy joined NMC Medical Centre Al Nahda, Sharjah, in 2012. He currently also serves as the Group Head of Pediatrics for NMC Medical Centres across Sharjah, Ajman, and the Northern Emirates. In this role, he oversees pediatric services while remaining deeply involved in patient care, ensuring high-quality healthcare delivery for children and their families.
