Ms. Shabna completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy at Mangalore Yenepoya University, Karnataka in the year of 2009.

She has worked in reputed healthcare institutions both in India & UAE. She has practised in multiple areas of physiotherapy including assessing conditions to diagnose the problem and utilising exercise programs involving strengthening, stretching, breathing and relaxation performing spinal and peripheral joint mobilization. Her expertise is in pain management, post-operative stiffness, pre and postnatal physiotherapy, geriatric rehabilitation, stroke rehabilitation, paediatric rehabilitation, soft tissue techniques, and sports injury (tennis elbow, golfers elbow, frozen shoulder, sprain, strain, bursitis, tendonitis).

She is fluent in conversing in English, Malayalam, Hindi And Tamil.
