Dr Gokulan did MBBS from Kerala University and post graduation in Paediatrics from Mangalore University. Subsequently did Membership from Royal College of Paediatrics and Child health London. After working couple of years in Kerala, Dr Gokulan joined in Ministry of Health Malaysia. He worked there nearly a decade in Ipoh Hospital, Ipoh Malaysia. Ipoh Hospital is a 1000 beded teaching hospital attached to Scheffield University UK. Subsequently went to UK and finished Membership. During that period he was attached to New castle General Hospital, Royal Victoria Infirmory and Freeman Hospital New Castle Upon Tyne UK. Since 17 years Dr Gokulan in Sharjah UAE and has more than 32 years experience in Paediatri cs. During this period Dr Gokulan got good exposure to various Paediatric specialities. His area of interest are General Paediatrics, Paediatric Allergies, Paediatric Respiratory problems foussing on Paediatric Asthma, Developmental Paediatrics and Child counselling. Dr Gokulan is also a speaker in the various CME programmes conducted in Sharjah and UAE. Also a motivator and is the author of the book " The Chronicle of my struggle"
