About Me

Dr. Joseph Edward completed his BDS from Rajas Dental College, Tamil Nadu, India and his MDS from Ragas Dental College, Chennai, India. He has more than 18 years of experience in his profession after his Post Graduation. He is still practising as Professor & the Head of Department of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at Azeezia Dental College & Hospital , Kollam. He is also the consultant Maxillofacial Surgeon at Holy Cross Hospital, Kollam, Kerala and Bishop Benziger Hospital, Kollam, Kerala and also the Chief Consultant & Director of Nuface Dental Health Care, Kollam, Kerala. He has various publications in reputed International Journals and has presented research papers in conferences and CME's in India. His area of interest is in Implants, Orthognathic Surgey, Oral & Maxillofacial Trauma and has a self designed technique for the removal of upper third molar and named it as joeeds technique. He has also received numerous awards for his presentations. He is a life member of Indian Dental Association and Association of Maxillofacial Surgeons of India- National & State Chapter.
