Dr Sujatha Janakiraman experienced medical professional working as Specialist Obstetrician and Gynaecologist at NMC Medical Centre Shahba. She comes with and experience of over 28 years as a specialist. She completed her MBBS, DGO and MD from JIPMER, Pondicherry. She completed her DNB from National Board of Examinations (NBE), India.
Dr Sujatha being a Specialist Obstetrician and Gynaecologist, is also a prominent academician, who has served in eminent institutions like JIPMER (Pondicherry) and MAHE (Manipal) in India, Meleka Manipal Medical College, Malaysia and Ministry of Health Hospital in Saudi Arabia. She was awarded as the Best Teacher while working at MMMC, Manipal in 2016. Dr Sujata is well known for her patient centric, dedicated, ethical and quality patient care. She Co-authored a chapter about ‘thyroid disorders during pregnancy’ in a postgraduate textbook by Professor Pratap Kumar.
Dr Sujatha had presented several papers on national and international obstetrics and Gynaecology conferences. Her area of expertise extends from providing Antenatal care for high risk and low risk pregnant mothers, Antenatal and Gynaecological ultrasound examination, Management of sub fertility and infertility, Treatment of common endocrine and reproductive disorders in women, including PCOS, Management of all common Gynaecological conditions.
Dr. Sujatha is fluent in English, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, Konkani, Hindi.
