Dr. Eapen Thomas is a dynamic and respected dental professional working in the field of Pedodontics as a Specialist. He comes with a good dynamic, clinical background and clinical experience of 26 years. He completed his Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from Saveetha Dental College, Chennai, India (1996) and Master of Dental Surgery (BDS) from Bapuji Dental College, Karnataka, India. Following his graduation, he has worked in prestigious institutions like C.M.C (Ludhiana), Saveetha Dental College, Sri Ramachandra Dental College, and was the H.O.D of Pediatric Dentistry in Meenakshi Ammal Dental College, Chennai. He was a consultant in Apollo Dental Centre in Chennai before starting his stint in U.A.E in 2013. Dr. Eapen Thomas has extensive clinical experience in treating and managing the dental problems of children and root canal treatments in adults. Among the various facets of pediatric dentistry, he is very passionate about endodontic treatment (Root canal treatment). This passion drove him to be a part of the team that developed the world’s first pediatric rotary file, for which he has a patent to his name. He is trained in the administration of Nitrous Oxide Conscious sedation. Dr. Eapen Thomas has numerous publications to his credit in international and national journals and has given guest lectures in various conferences, attends workshops, growing his portfolio and experience in his field.
