She began her journey in medicine by obtaining her MBBS Degree from Kannur Medical College, Kannur, India. She later went on to serve as a junior resident at Kannur Medical College, Kannur. Post this Dr. Lubna moved to the UAE and has been practicing as a General Practitioner in major clinics before moving to NMC.
