She went on to obtain her degree in MBBS from Chengalpet Medical College, Tamil Nadu, India and MDOG from (ISO-KGH, MMC), Chennai, India. She has a history of understanding and rich knowledge in analysing issues regarding female reproductive organs, especially disorders like infertility, abnormal uterus bleeding, irregular menstruation, endometriosis, genital infections, ovarian cysts and breast disorders. Apart from being a specialist in Obstetrics and Gynaecologist, she is also qualified in the management of antenatal care for high & low-risk pregnancies.
